What should I wear?

When getting a body treatment one is draped professionally with the sheets at all times so no private areas are exposed. Wear comfortable clothing if you wish. Bathrobes, towels and slippers are provided as needed.

What do I need to know for my first appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out a case history to accompany your consultation and assessment. Online versions of the forms are available here, and will expedite this process.

Please note that treatments approved by ICBC may require a lengthy case history (20 min) and is not available online.

What is spa etiquette?

Your Avalon experience is a special time for retreat, rejuvenation and renewal. Please luxuriate in our tranquil atmosphere. Let us release your worries and stress and find your healing calm within. We only ask that you please respect the peace of the other Avalon guests.
